They message. Text or voice note, in their own words — no menu numbers to memorise.
It confirms. Items, address, allergies, change for a fifty. Reads the order back before sending it through.
It prints. Straight to the thermal printer at the pass. If the printer is off, nothing is lost — it queues and prints when it wakes.
The driver gets it too. Address and total to the rider's phone, without the kitchen phoning anyone.
